The City of Lougheed is Canada’s largest new master-planned community and is located in the popular Burnaby community of Vancouver. Set on 40 acres of prime property, the City of Lougheed will include stunning high-rise residence buildings, modern architecture and world-class shopping and restaurants. Its central location allows for easy access to SkyTrain and Vancouver’s exciting downtown.
This major redevelopment will offer approximately 1.4 million square feet of retail space and 1 million square feet of office space. The development will include 23+ towers and designed for to allow diverse and multi-character neighborhoods and parks. The City of Lougheed is a short 8 minute drive to Simon Fraser University as well, which makes it a popular destination for the locals.
Floor Plans and Style
Floor plans have not been released yet for Tower ONE but will include 500+ homes starting at $329,900. More information will be released in September 2016.
