Orchid by Beedie is located in Richmond, British Columbia. Currently in pre-construction, this 15 storey high-rise will comprise of residential Podium Villas and retail space. The mixed-use development will balance contemporary living and relaxing natural park-like areas.

Orchid by Beedie floorplans have not been released but will be designed as unique 2-storey Podium Villas. Scheduled for completion in 2018, the project is in the registration phase.

The Austin Condos will feature 7 foot interior doors, wood stained entry doors and two color palettes. The gourmet kitchen will feature quartz countertops and energy efficient top-of-the-line appliances. Double-glazed windows allow the natural light to flood into the units.
