Charleson is a residential development project in Yaletown initiated by Onni. Although its completion date is not yet known, condo sales will begin in the coming weeks. The development will be constructed at the junction of the Pacific and Richards Streets at 499 and 1398 respectively, where the Store Room is located.

Although the development’s floor plans are available, the price points will be released soon by the developer.
Condo Types and Sizes
Charleson is a tall tower made of concrete and comprises of 43 floors. It will be the perfect place for potential residents to buy spacious condominiums. The tower will feature a total of 117 suites with every floor consisting of only 3. However, since homeowners will have the option of customizing their suites to occupy half, full or entire floors, the number of suites in every floor is anticipated to change.
Buyers should therefore know that the condos come with the options for both suite amalgamation and customization. The condo types and sizes will be available as soon as they are released by the developer.
Style
With an impressive architecture, that is wider towards the top, the Charleson tower will stand out as narrower than buildings nearby.
