Charleson is a residential development project in Yaletown initiated by Onni. Although its completion date is not yet known, condo sales will begin in the coming weeks. The tower will feature a total of 117 suites with every floor consisting of only 3. However, since homeowners will have the option of customizing their suites to occupy half, full or entire floors, the number of suites in every floor is anticipated to change.
