Condo Types and Sizes
The Alexandra English Bay development will feature eighty five beautiful housing units, 21 floors and 49 units specifically for rental purposes. A podium with 4 floors will also be integrated into the development at the end facing the Street of Davie which is to the south of the building site. The residences comprise sky terraces and studios with either one or two bedrooms. The size of the ceilings ranges from 9 to 10.6 feet while the housing units will measure 907 to 985 square feet. The penthouses are larger and their sizes range from 1527 to 2778 square feet. Although some of the units have already sold out, many more are still up for sale.
