  • Attached Single-Unit Housing – Also called single-family attached houses, these are built as separate houses but are attached to each other by a shared wall.
  • Attached Multi-unit Housing. – Also called multi-family residential, this type consists of multiple separate houses contained within one building or complex. Common forms of this house type include condominiums and apartment buildings.
