The Trump tower and hotel is located in the neighborhood of Coal Harbor that is found in Vancouver downtown area; it is situated along the Street of Georgia. Both residences and an international hotel will be featured in this tower that is located directly opposite the Shangri-La Hotel along the Street of Georgia to the west of Vancouver.
Price Points
With a $360 million budget, the architecture and twisted design of the tower will make it stand out in the city. Currently, the cost of residential units is not available but can be accessed later from the development project website.
Condo Types and Sizes
This luxury development tower is designed to constitute a lounge for champagne, a banquet, one hundred and forty seven guest rooms, the Trump Spa, two hundred and eighteen housing units, a signature restaurant, a night club pool bar as well as a center for conferences. The horizons and shore to the north can be viewed perfectly from the residential homes. Set to be Vancouver’s newest landmark, both visitors and locals will be attracted by its beauty. The building will be the second tallest in Vancouver with a total of sixty three floors. Every single unit will measure about 616 square feet. Residences are set to measure at least 644 square feet to 2117 square feet while the size of penthouses ranges from 3500 to 4400 square feet.

Developer/Builder
Donald Trump is the sponsor for the construction of this tower with Arthur Erickson being its architectural designer. The developer companies are the Holborn Group and the Magnum Projects Ltd. The former company, Holborn Group, was initially involved in a project that was stopped (was to feature); it was designed to house 58 floors.
