Currently in the phase of pre-construction, the Prodigy is a new residential development of condos set to be located at 6038 Gray Avenue within Vancouver, BC. Prodigy development will comprise a wood-frame building with six floors and 105 housing units. The condos will comprise those with one bedroom and one bathroom, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a den and 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.
