Currently in the phase of pre-construction, the Prodigy is a new residential development of condos set to be located at 6038 Gray Avenue within Vancouver, BC. The development will be based in the neighborhood of Wesbrook Village at UBC. As the developer’s second project in Vancouver, Prodigy will be close to forest parks, the ocean and various amenities in the urban area. Whereas Mundell Park is situated at the edge of the development, various water features, green spaces and pathways will make up the new residential community. It will be finished in 2015.

Prodigy development will comprise a wood-frame building with six floors and 105 housing units. The condos will comprise those with one bedroom and one bathroom, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a den and 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.

Set to be located on the west coast, Prodigy will feature a modern architecture and design with overhangs, metal railings, glass and cedar features that are strongly colored.
