Mont Bleu will be the first high-rise building in Coquitlam’s historic Maillardville neighborhood. Maillardville dates back to the late 1880s and has a long history of French influence. Mont Bleu will be a nod to that heritage and will embody the French style. Residents will find Mont Bleu a convenient location for shopping, dining, entertainment and services. Mont Bleu will be located at Lougheed and Blue Mountain with easy access to SkyTrain.
Mont Bleu is still in the municipal approval stage so specifics are not available. The high-rise is expected to offer studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom residences.
While specifics have not been released, the Mont Bleu is expected to incorporate the French influence in both the exterior and interior spaces. Award-winning French-Canadian Danielle Lareau has been retained to create elegant and comfortable interiors in keeping with the French style.
