Parc Elise comprises of two mid-rise towers, each having 6 floors. Out of the 102 housing units, 83 consist of apartments and 19 are townhomes. The development comprises of various plans that house condominiums with one, two and three bedrooms, as well as 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes. The plan C and F single bedroom condos measure 661 to 710 square feet. The studio on plan B measures 443 square feet, whereas the single bedroom condo on plan M and T measures 651 to 738 square feet.
